Able to start immediately Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and experience in various food service settings, including fine dining, catering, and banquet environments. This role involves preparing and serving food, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering outstanding service to our guests. Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, or dietary assistance is highly valued. The Food Service Worker will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operation during meal service. Duties Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and presentation standards Assist with food preparation tasks, including plating and portioning Serve meals to guests in a courteous and professional manner Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Handle food with care to prevent contamination or spoilage Support catering and banquet events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up after functions Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Skills Prior experience in fine dining, catering, or banquet service is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards Ability to serve efficiently in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or hospitality settings Experience with food preparation techniques and presentation standards Familiarity with dietary accommodations and dietary aide procedures is a plus Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation Barista experience or background in the food industry is advantageous Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while delivering exceptional service This position offers an engaging environment for individuals passionate about the food industry who are committed to delivering memorable dining experiences.

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
