Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly as they arrive for breakfast service, providing friendly and attentive customer service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and snacks, ensuring all food is presented attractively and served at proper temperatures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations, adhering to food safety standards Replenish food supplies promptly during service hours to ensure a consistent guest experience Assist with food handling duties such as plating, portioning, and basic food preparation as needed Monitor dietary restrictions and special requests to accommodate guest needs effectively Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices Skills Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience serving or catering in banquet or hospitality settings Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety protocols Background in restaurant or catering operations enhances your ability to excel in this role Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation within the food industry Dietary aide or healthcare-related food handling experience is beneficial but not required Join us as a Breakfast Attendant and be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment they walk through our doors.
