Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a smile. Sweep floors, pick up trash, and wipe counters and tables in our two dining areas. Respectively remove trash from receptacles in the dining areas and restrooms while guests are eating. Place trash in the outside dumpster to maintain a clean, comfortable environment. Clean windows and doors in front of the restaurant. Sweep the floor and pick up trash from in front of the store. Restock napkins, cups, straws, and condiment stations. Provide guests with menus, coupons, and promotional flyers. Communicate clearly, quickly, and politely with co-workers so our team serves guests a perfect order every time. Strive to deliver exceptional service and cleanliness for each guest. Be friendly and attentive to every customer's needs to create a memorable experience. Promptly informs the immediate supervisor of all problems or unusual matters of significance. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff or shift leaders.
Requirements:
Able to stand for long periods of time or move freely throughout the dining areas. Able to work safely around hot and cold cooking equipment. Completes hands-on training and occasional assigned coursework on a computer, tablet, or cell phone. Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure. Be respectful and professional to guests, managers, and teammates. Arrives at work on time. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be 14 years or older.
Nice-to-Have:
ServSafe or Food Handler's Certification CPR certification Bilingual (including American Sign Language)
