Job Description

Join a fast-growing franchise with locations in NY, MD, and PA!
Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of daily operations and lead a team of 10 or more to ensure exceptional guest service and top-notch product quality. Oversee financials, control expenses, drive sales, mentor staff on customer service, handle ordering, local marketing, and promote our brand to boost sales and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in QSR restaurant management, with skills in team building, sales promotions, customer service, hiring, training, and more. Proficiency in managing systems, food safety, inventory, goal setting, delegation, and reporting. Must have ServSafe certification. Flexible schedule, 5-day work week with 10-hour shifts. Salary up to $60K + monthly bonus, benefits, and PTO.
