Job Description
Food Service Worker Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms, while also assisting with food preparation and service. This role requires a strong understanding of sanitization and cleaning procedures, safe handling of kitchen equipment, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, trays, cutlery, pans, and other kitchen equipment. Operate commercial dish washing machines, garbage disposals, and other job-related equipment safely. Organize and store clean kitchen items properly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms. Take out trash and recycling to designated disposal areas. Assist in basic food preparation and meal assembly as directed. Serve food to customers and assist cooks as needed. Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures. Recognize additional tasks after completing assigned duties and offer assistance in other areas. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
