In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs during breakfast service. Assist with food preparation, including cooking, meal preparation, and presentation of breakfast items. Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items to guests. Perform cleaning duties post-service to maintain a hygienic environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, including roles such as server, host/host, or barista. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for guest relations. Experience with kitchen tasks such as cooking, food preparation, and cleaning is highly valued. Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS or Micros POS) is advantageous but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining high standards of service. Flexibility to work early morning shifts as needed; weekends may be required based on business needs.
