Job Description

Hampton Inn of Gaylord is looking for a Breakfast Attendant.
Duties include:
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for the set up, service and breakdown/clean up of the breakfast buffet. Greet guests and Assist guests with breakfast needs. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel food information. Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Field guest complaints, conduct research and resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction. Prepare food with compliance to food safety standards. The Breakfast Attendant should have excellent customer service and organizational skills as well. Shift is from 6am to 12:30pm
