As a Bistro Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality standards. Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining attention to detail and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bistro area, including dining tables, serving stations, and kitchen equipment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth service flow. Handle catering events and banquets, ensuring that all aspects of service are executed flawlessly. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Engage with guests to provide recommendations and answer any questions about menu items. Skills Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience in serving, food preparation, and food handling practices. Knowledge of catering services and banquet operations is a plus. Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities is advantageous. Barista experience is beneficial for beverage service roles within the bistro. A solid understanding of food safety standards within the food industry. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.
