Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Set up breakfast buffet stations, including arranging food displays, utensils, and condiments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, counters, and food prep zones. Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate special dietary requests with professionalism. Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift to ensure smooth service flow. Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery for timely service. Experience Prior experience in fine dining or food industry settings is highly desirable. Strong background in customer service, serving, or hospitality roles enhances your ability to connect with guests. Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet settings demonstrates versatility in food service skills. Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food safety standards is essential for maintaining high-quality service. Barista experience or familiarity with coffee service adds value to the role's beverage offerings. Previous restaurant or food handling experience helps ensure adherence to health regulations and efficient workflow.
