Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food displays, adhering to food safety standards. Serve food and beverages efficiently while providing attentive customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor food quality and replenish items promptly to ensure freshness and availability during peak hours. Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and safety standards at all times. Requirements Previous experience in fine dining, food service, catering, or banquet environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Experience in serving, food preparation, or as a dietary aide is advantageous.
