Duties Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Set up breakfast buffet stations, replenishing food and beverages promptly to maintain freshness and variety Engage with guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and accommodate special dietary requests Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, utensils, and equipment in accordance with food safety standards Assist in food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to uphold health regulations Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy breakfast hours Skills Proven experience in fine dining or food service environments, with a focus on breakfast or buffet service Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of serving techniques, food preparation, and food handling safety protocols Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork under pressure Familiarity with dietary accommodations and food industry standards for hygiene and safety Excellent communication skills paired with a proactive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction at all times
