Responsibilities Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards Set up breakfast buffet stations, including arranging food displays and replenishing items as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, food stations, and kitchen workspace throughout your shift Assist guests with their food selections, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Collaborate with culinary and service staff to ensure smooth operation during busy breakfast hours Monitor inventory levels of breakfast supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing Experience Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong background in customer service, with excellent communication skills Experience serving or catering in banquet settings is a plus Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards Familiarity with dietary restrictions and accommodations enhances guest satisfaction Barista experience or hospitality background can be advantageous for this role Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting This position offers an engaging opportunity to develop your skills within the vibrant food industry while providing guests with exceptional breakfast experiences.
