Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations with a variety of fresh foods, beverages, and accompaniments, ensuring all items are presented attractively and replenished promptly. Greet guests warmly, assist with food selections, and answer questions about menu items, dietary options, or ingredients to enhance their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Serve food and beverages efficiently while practicing proper food handling techniques; assist with plating or portioning as needed. Restock supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and beverages to ensure smooth service throughout the breakfast hours. Support catering or banquet setups when required, including arranging buffet displays or assisting with special event breakfasts. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and sanitation to guarantee a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Experience Previous experience in fine dining establishments or hotel breakfast service is highly desirable. Strong background in customer service and serving roles within the food industry. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling procedures. Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus. Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food safety standards enhances your ability to serve diverse guest needs effectively. Barista experience or hospitality background can be advantageous in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Prior restaurant experience that demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
