Responsibilities Prepare and maintain a fresh, appealing breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are stocked, presented attractively, and meet quality standards Greet guests warmly, answer questions about the breakfast offerings, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their meal experience Set up dining areas with clean linens, utensils, and condiments to create an inviting atmosphere Monitor food safety protocols by handling food properly, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health regulations Replenish supplies as needed during service hours and assist with basic food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit or arranging pastries Clear tables promptly after guests finish their breakfast and ensure the dining area remains tidy and organized Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food presentation and address any special dietary requests or restrictions Requirements Previous experience in fine dining, food service, catering, or restaurant environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction Experience serving food in banquet or hospitality settings is a plus Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper hygiene practices Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Barista experience or familiarity with coffee and beverage preparation is advantageous A genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences This role is perfect for individuals with a background in the food industry who thrive on delivering excellent service in a lively environment.
