Hotel Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and attentive Hotel Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming breakfast experience for guests by maintaining cleanliness, food presentation, and excellent customer service. Prior experience in food handling, guest services, or restaurant operations is preferred but not required. The position emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to create a memorable start to our guests' day. Responsibilities Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring food is fresh, well-presented, and replenished as needed Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide exceptional guest service Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables, bussing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces Restock supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments throughout the shift Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures to ensure guest safety Uphold hotel standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is preferred; experience with kitchen prep or food handling is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent guest relations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed Prior hotel or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate This role offers an engaging opportunity within the hospitality industry where your skills in food service and guest interaction will be valued.
