Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast areas with fresh food, beverages, and necessary utensils to ensure an appealing presentation. Serve guests with a friendly attitude, taking care to accommodate dietary needs and preferences with professionalism. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast buffet, tables, and surrounding areas throughout service hours. Replenish food items promptly to ensure a continuous flow of fresh offerings while adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks, including slicing fruit or assembling simple dishes as needed. Monitor guest satisfaction, respond promptly to requests or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service at all times. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices. Skills Prior experience in fine dining, restaurant service, catering, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities. Knowledge of serving techniques and food presentation standards within the food industry. Experience in food preparation, food handling, or as a dietary aide is a plus. Familiarity with food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance at all times. Barista experience or hospitality background can enhance your ability to deliver outstanding guest interactions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
