Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and well-stocked throughout service. Serve hot beverages such as coffee, tea, and juice with promptness and friendliness, maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items or dietary options, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by sanitizing tables, counters, and serving utensils regularly. Restock supplies as needed during service to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. Follow all food safety protocols and handling procedures to uphold health standards in accordance with industry regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient service during busy breakfast hours and special catering events. Skills Prior experience in fine dining or food industry environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Experience serving or catering in banquet settings is a plus. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience demonstrating reliability and teamwork. Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
