Have experience in the food industry, including banquet and catering services, restaurant, foodtruck, food handling, and food preparation. Looking for a go-getter who can jump right in and be a team player. This can be a fast-paced position; therefore, Food service, or Coney Island experience is preferred, but willing to train the right person.

Duties:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established guidelines
  • Set up and break down of events and catering services
  • Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of all food service areas
  • Operate food service equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
Skills:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
