Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their beverage and food selections, ensuring a friendly and engaging atmosphere Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for transactions, including cash handling and card payments Prepare coffee beverages, snacks, and light food items following safety and quality standards Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food prep stations, seating areas, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Manage time efficiently to handle busy periods, ensuring prompt service without sacrificing quality Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards Support cashiers with basic math calculations for transactions and provide excellent customer service throughout each shift Experience Previous barista or coffee shop experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with coffee preparation techniques Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and basic math for cashiering and retail transactions Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in food preparation or serving within a café or retail setting is a plus Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Join us to craft delightful experiences for our guests while developing your skills in the dynamic food industry!
