Breakfast Attendant

```

Duties:

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet for hotel guests
• Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and labeled
• Warm up hot items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, and pancakes
• Assist guests with any special dietary needs or requests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area
• Replenish food and beverage items as needed throughout service hours
• Clear tables and clean dining area after breakfast service
• Follow all safety and health regulations while handling food

Experience:

• Previous experience in catering, kitchen, or hospitality industry preferred
• Knowledge of basic meal preparation techniques and food handling procedures
• Familiarity with banquet or buffet-style service is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for hotel guests
