Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a Dining Aide for our senior living community in Blaine! Responsibilities:
Perform job duties per the scheduled job assignment to include; meal preparation, serving, dish washing, putting stock away, and clean up following all kitchen guidelines. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of Dining Services Department, i.e., kitchen, dining room, and storage areas. Understand the resident's diets (for NH and ADP) and correct procedure of serving all meals. Assist residents/tenants as needed during the dining hour. Observe and report resident's intake at mealtime as required while demonstrating sensitivity to residents' needs and maintaining a kind and respectful manner. Qualifications:
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and documentation. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency, accuracy and competency in assistance with medication administration on a consistent basis. Ability to work independently and dependably to efficiently deliver care to meet residents needs. Ability to work with residents from diverse backgrounds.
