Prepare and set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and ready for service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and utensils Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, assembling, and replenishing buffet items Serve guests with enthusiasm, answering questions about menu options and dietary needs with professionalism Manage food safety standards by following proper handling procedures and maintaining hygiene protocols Restock supplies, condiments, and beverages to ensure seamless service throughout the shift Support with bussing tables and clearing dishes to keep the breakfast area tidy and inviting Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation standards Excellent communication skills and friendly phone etiquette for guest interactions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Familiarity with kitchen tasks including food preparation, cooking, knife skills, and meat cutting is advantageous Prior banquet, catering, or hotel experience will be considered an asset Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and provide exceptional guest services This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who enjoy creating positive experiences for guests from the moment they wake up.
