Full Time Reports To:

Food & Beverage Director Looking for a flexible summer job? If you're friendly, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced food service environment, we'd love to have you on the team.

What You'll Do:

Open and close the café following established procedures Greet guests and take food and beverage orders Operate the POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately Follow all money-handling procedures Keep your workspace clean and organized Prepare food and beverages according to MN Health and Food Codes Operate dishwashing and cooking equipment Stay familiar with menu items, upsell when appropriate, and assist with guest questions or concerns Know Spirit Mountain's attractions and services to better serve our guests

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy times Basic math and money-handling skills Comfortable using POS systems and basic electronic equipment Must be at least 16 years old (14-15 may work with restrictions) Able to read, write, and speak

English Physical Requirements:
