In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours. You will ensure that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and inviting, while also adhering to food safety standards. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to a pleasant dining experience for all guests. Duties Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times. Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with food safety guidelines. Monitor food inventory levels and restock items as needed throughout the service period. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes and utensils as necessary. Assist in training new staff members on breakfast service procedures and standards. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
