At the Hyatt House Mall of America , we don't just serve breakfast; we set the tone for our guests' entire day. We are looking for an energetic, people-centric Breakfast Attendant to join our award-winning team. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the
Morning:
Set up and maintain our complimentary "Morning Spread," ensuring all hot and cold items are fresh, plentiful, and appealing. Connect with
Guests:
Greet every guest with a genuine smile. You are the "Enthusiastic Influencer" of their morning!
Maintain Excellence:
Keep the breakfast area, kitchen, and dining room spotless. We take pride in our "Brand Integrity" and high QA standards. Multitask Like a
Pro:
Monitor food levels, clear tables, and assist guests with special requests—all while keeping a fast and steady pace.
SCHEDULE & HOURS
Part-Time:
Up to 30 hours per week.
Shift Times:
Typically starting between 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM and done by 1:00 PM (perfect for students, early risers, or those looking for a second job). Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Reliable:
You understand that breakfast is the most important part of our guests' stay.
Friendly & Adaptable:
You can handle a morning rush with grace and a positive attitude.
Detailed:
You notice when the coffee is low or a table needs wiping before a guest even asks. No prior experience required—we provide thorough training on our specific service systems and SOPs!
