Food Service Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, providing support in various food service operations, including fine dining, catering, and banquet services. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events and banquets. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with bartending duties as needed, ensuring proper drink preparation and service. Skills Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred. Strong hospitality skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food service practices, including food preparation techniques. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members. Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus. Bartending experience is beneficial but not required. A proactive attitude towards helping others and ensuring a positive dining experience.
