Role:
As a Dining Assistant, you play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our residents. You'll help with food service, prep, and cleanup while keeping things clean, organized, and safe. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve meals to residents according to diet guidelines and portion sizes Maintain clean and organized workspaces and dining areas Assist with food prep and kitchen tasks Support teammates and respond to resident needs with professionalism and care Report any health or behavioral changes in residents to supervisors Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times
Who We're Looking For:
At least 16 years old Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work on your feet Able to follow procedures and adapt to changing priorities Preferred (but not required): High school diploma or GED Experience in a commercial kitchen or senior care setting Food safety training or SERV Safe certification
