  • Hotel Essential Job Functions Set up and break down the breakfast buffet according to Hilton brand standards Ensuring the breakfast are properly rotated and stocked Clean entire breakfast area, including vacuuming breakfast area and scrubbing kitchen floors Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests Monitor inventory and report low stock items Preparing foods, such as overnight oats, chia seed pudding, coffee, and juices from concentrate Stocking coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers Setting out/arranging cold food, such as sweet rolls, muffins, and cereal for self-service Restocking self-service food and supplies as needed Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated Keep the breakfast area clean, stocked, and presentable at all times Vacuuming the whole breakfast area daily.
Removing trash Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain kitchen/breakfast area Heating required foods to safe levels and maintaining by taking temps as required by health department. Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed (ServSafe is a plus) Additional Responsibilities Any other duties assigned by Supervisor Qualifications & Requirements Exceedingly organized and efficient with the ability to multitask Strong customer service and guest interaction skills Motivated to achieve excellent customer service Good communication and teamwork skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Must be able to work independently Attention to cleanliness and detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work early morning shifts (often starting 5:00-6:00 AM) Will be required to work occasional weekends and holidays Ability to stand for long periods (entire shift) Lift up to 25-50 lbs (food supplies, equipment) Frequent bending, reaching, and walking
