In this energetic role, you will be the first face guests see, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting breakfast area. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will set the tone for a memorable dining experience, supporting our commitment to exceptional hospitality and food service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food handling, customer service, and hospitality operations within a dynamic environment. Duties Prepare and set up breakfast stations with fresh food items, ensuring presentation is appealing and ingredients are stocked Greet guests warmly, providing attentive customer service and responding promptly to their needs Serve breakfast items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing serving stations Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, or assembling breakfast offerings as needed Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate shortages or replenishment needs to management Support catering or banquet functions by setting up buffet stations and assisting with special event breakfast services Requirements Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Experience serving or working in banquet or catering settings is a plus Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is essential Background in restaurant or hospitality industries enhances your ability to excel in this role Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is beneficial but not required Ability to work early morning shifts consistently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness standards This position offers an engaging start to your day while honing your skills across various facets of the food industry.
