Duties Prepare and serve breakfast items with efficiency and care, adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures. Set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food displays are attractive, well-stocked, and hygienic. Greet guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and answering any questions about menu options or dietary needs. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift. Assist with food handling, portioning, and basic food preparation tasks in accordance with food safety management standards. Support catering or banquet setups as needed, ensuring timely delivery of breakfast services for events or group bookings. Operate POS systems accurately for billing and transactions while managing weight handling in the workplace safely. Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety and sanitizing procedures is essential to ensure a safe dining environment. Experience with manual handling and weight management in the workplace to handle food supplies and equipment safely. Familiarity with wine knowledge or barista experience is a plus for enhancing guest service. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to handle food handling tasks responsibly while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. Experience in catering, banquet service, or culinary roles within the food industry is advantageous. Knowledge of POS systems for efficient transaction processing during busy breakfast hours.
