Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary The Breakfast Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests during breakfast hours. This position involves preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and hospitality, demonstrating a commitment to high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. Duties Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring all food items are displayed attractively and are at the correct temperature. Serve breakfast items to guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, countertops, and serving stations. Ffood preparation tasks such as cooking, meal preparation, and food handling as needed. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to food safety standards. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Skills Previous kitchen experience or culinary experience is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette for guest interactions. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in restaurant or hotel settings is a plus, including banquet or catering experience. Skills in cleaning, bussing, serving, and general hospitality are essential.
