Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Attendant and be the first smiling face our guests see in the morning! T Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Set up breakfast stations, including arranging food displays, utensils, linens, and condiments to create an inviting atmosphere. Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and accommodate special dietary needs or preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including food prep stations, dining spaces, and storage areas. Monitor food safety protocols diligently, ensuring proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift to ensure seamless service during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff and catering teams to coordinate food preparation for events or banquet services when required. Qualifications Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Experience serving guests in restaurants or catering settings; banquet experience is a plus. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards within the food industry. Previous barista or hospitality experience that demonstrates excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Ability to handle food safely while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Familiarity with dietary accommodations and food handling regulations is preferred.
