Breakfast Attendant

What's the job? Breakfast attendant main tasks include preparing hot breakfast items, setting up and breaking down each morning's breakfast buffet, ensuring buffet items such fruits, breads, cereals and bakery items remain well-stocked, maintaining the safety and appearance of the buffet area and cleaning the area in preparation for the next day. Replenishing silverware, sugar caddies and condiments, food preparation, refilling beverage containers, cleaning dishes, mopping, wiping tables and sweeping. Ensuring coffee station is fully stocked and all beverages are fresh and full before end of shift. It is also the breakfast attendant's responsibility to keep the lobby area presentable and clean. All of the ground floor public areas are included in the breakfast attendant's to-do list to clean before end of shift; which includes public restrooms, fitness center, and pool area.
