In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional breakfast service to our guests, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining area, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create a positive start to our guests' day. Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly stocked throughout service Greet guests warmly, assist with food selections, and answer any questions about menu options or dietary needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations Handle food preparation tasks in accordance with food safety standards, including slicing, plating, and replenishing items as needed Monitor food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols Assist with catering setups for special events or banquet services as required Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and ensure guest satisfaction at all times Skills Proven experience in fine dining or food service environments preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of serving techniques and food presentation standards Experience in food preparation, handling, and safety protocols Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with dietary accommodations and food industry best practices Join us as a Breakfast Attendant and help us start each day on a positive note!
