Breakfast Attendant

Breakfast Attendant Duties:

• Set up and maintain breakfast buffet area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, and beverages
• Monitor food levels and replenish as necessary to ensure a continuous supply for guests
• Ensure that all food items are properly labeled and stored according to health and safety regulations
• Assist guests with any special dietary needs or requests
• Clear tables and clean up breakfast area after service
• Assist with bussing tables and dishwashing as needed
• Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Basic culinary skills such as food preparation, handling, and presentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 25 pounds)
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
