Duties Greet guests with enthusiasm and assist them in selecting breakfast options, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot dishes, beverages, and light snacks, adhering to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations Replenish supplies such as utensils, condiments, napkins, and food items to ensure smooth service throughout the shift Monitor dietary restrictions and special requests, providing tailored options when necessary Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks to support kitchen staff as needed Ensure all food safety protocols are followed diligently to uphold health standards Skills Proven experience in fine dining or hospitality environments with a focus on customer service excellence Strong serving skills combined with knowledge of food handling and safety procedures Previous banquet or catering experience is highly desirable for managing large groups efficiently Ability to work quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills to engage positively with guests and team members Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus for serving specialty drinks Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food industry best practices enhances service quality This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on creating memorable guest experiences.
