Greet guests warmly, answer their questions about menu items, and assist with special dietary requests or allergies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations. Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety standards and proper handling procedures. Replenish food supplies promptly during service hours to ensure a continuous flow of offerings. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the breakfast service, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including slicing fruits or assembling simple dishes. Experience Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable. Experience working in banquet settings or catering services is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and adherence to health regulations. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience demonstrating excellent serving skills. Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is beneficial but not required. Background in dietary aide roles or the food industry enhances your ability to cater to diverse guest needs.
