This position is responsible for overseeing banquet functions and ensuring exceptional guest service for meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate event service operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Pay $11.00-$11.50 per hour Essential Duties & Responsibilities Supervise banquet staff during events and hotel functions Ensure banquet rooms are set according to event specifications and hotel standards Coordinate food and beverage service with kitchen and management teams Provide outstanding guest service and respond promptly to guest requests Monitor event flow to ensure smooth and efficient service Assist with event setup, breakdown, and room turnover Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout all banquet areas Train and support banquet servers as needed Qualifications Previous banquet, hotel, or food & beverage experience preferred Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Hotel Discounts Health Benefits 401K Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within hotel operations Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply and become part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
