Job Description

Breakfast Attendant This hotel is professionally managed by Ignite Hotels, a hospitality management company operating select-service and extended-stay properties across multiple states. About the Role The Breakfasts Attendant provides food service during breakfast hours for hotel guests. This role creates welcoming guest experiences and supports smooth food and beverage operations. Essential Functions Prepare food and beverages for breakfast buffet service. Provide friendly, professional service to hotel guests. Set up, stock, and break down buffer area according to required breakfast time. Maintain cleanliness and organization of buffet areas, including equipment and storage. Maintain clean and organize standards according to state and Ignite regulations. Keep records for food storage, prep, and tasks as required per state and Ignite regulations. Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and reporting as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. This description is intended to outline the general nature and level of work performed. Qualifications Experience Prior customer service experience preferred Education & Certifications High school diploma or GED required. Must obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler's Card in accordance with applicable state and local requirements. Skills & Abilities Excellent guest service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Availability Scheduling may include weekends, and holidays based on operational needs. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds; move cases/kegs as needed. Work Environment This position operates in a hotel food and beverage environment with variable pace and guest interaction.
