Role:
The Busser plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. This position involves supporting the waitstaff by clearing and resetting tables efficiently, which contributes to the overall flow of service in the restaurant. The Busser is responsible for assisting in the preparation of the dining area before service and ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and readily available. Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years old. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Clear and clean tables after guests have finished their meals. Reset tables with clean utensils, glassware, and napkins in preparation for the next guests. Assist waitstaff in delivering food and beverages to tables as needed. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors. Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and silverware to ensure readiness for service.
