Breakfast Attendant / Server

Start every guest's day with exceptional hospitality! We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and service-oriented Breakfast Attendant / Server to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing and serving breakfast, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area, and delivering outstanding guest service each morning. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Weekend availability is required. Candidates must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and early morning shifts.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and serving breakfast according to Hilton brand standards. Keeping the buffet fully stocked with fresh, high-quality food. Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly, positive attitude. Maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, buffet, kitchen, and workstations. Monitoring inventory and communicating supply needs. Following food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines. Working collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Previous restaurant, hotel, or food service experience is preferred but not required.
