Breakfast Attendant

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional breakfast experience for our hotel guests. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and culinary skills, with a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs or concerns. Maintain inventory of food supplies and report any shortages to management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service. Qualifications Previous experience as a dietary aide, cook, or in a culinary role preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Experience in hotel or restaurant environments is a plus. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
