Responsibilities Prepare and maintain a variety of breakfast items, ensuring freshness and presentation meet high standards of quality and food safety. Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet or serving area with an appealing selection of food and beverages. Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and assist with any special dietary needs or requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, utensils, and food stations. Monitor food levels throughout service hours, restocking items promptly to ensure a continuous supply. Follow all food handling procedures and safety regulations to uphold sanitation standards. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred; but not required to apply. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. Experience with food handling, buffet setup, or barista duties is advantageous. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning. A genuine passion for hospitality combined with excellent communication skills.
