Learn more at Brecotea Position Summary As an Assistant General Manager (AGM), you will play a key role in supporting daily store operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will help lead the team, maintain operational standards, and support overall store performance. Responsibilities Support the General Manager with daily store operations Assist with staff scheduling, training, and team management Lead the team to meet customer service and sales goals Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies Ensure accurate cash handling and operational procedures Foster a positive and productive work environment Serve as Manager on Duty when the General Manager is unavailable Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and company standards Qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience in food service, retail, or a similar environment Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and customer-focused Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays ServSafe Certification required Benefits & Perks Competitive pay starting at $20/hour Opportunities for growth and advancement Flexible scheduling Free meals and beverages during shifts Free birthday cake Paid time off (PTO) 25% employee discount Health insurance 401(k) matching Shift Availability Opening shifts required Closing shifts required
