Job Description

Hilton Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte is seeking energetic and outgoing individuals who have a passion for customer service to join our team as a Breakfast Attendant. You must be willing to work early mornings and weekends. You would be responsible for accommodating our dining guests while circulating the room; Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Job Duties:
Responsible for delivering products of the highest quality in terms of freshness, taste and adhering to all food safety guidelines. Clean / bus tables. Ensure buffet is kept clean during breakfast service Ensure buffet is fully stocked. Provide superior guest service, while ensuring all tables and food areas are kept clean and dining area maintained while guests are enjoying their meal.
Job Requirements:
Morning and Weekend Availability Previous hospitality or food service experience is highly desirable. MUST be friendly, outgoing, and willing to engage guests in conversation. Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed. Clean background check, and reliable transportation a must. Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary, up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, squat, and bend for an extended period of time. Ability to handle comments and suggestions. ServSafe certified a plus.
