Busser Daily Responsibilities:

Table Maintenance:

Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently. Ensuring all tabletop items, including flatware, glassware, and napkins, are clean and properly arranged. Assistance to

Servers:

Supporting servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread, and assisting with any other tasks as needed. Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to facilitate smooth service.

Cleaning and Sanitizing:

Sweeping and mopping floors in the dining area. Wiping down surfaces and ensuring cleanliness in common areas. Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles regularly.

Guest Interaction:

Providing friendly and attentive service to guests when needed. Responding promptly to guest requests and communicating effectively with the front-of-house team.

Team Collaboration:

Working closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive and efficient operation. Communicating effectively with team members to ensure a positive dining experience for guests. We Are Looking for a

Busser Who:

Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry trays of dishes and bus tubs. Stamina to be on your feet for extended periods. Comfortable working in a dynamic and bustling restaurant environment.
