Job Description:
We are seeking reliable, energetic, and customer-service-oriented individuals to join our event team as Tradeshow Booth Attendants at the upcoming national school food service show, at the Charlotte Convention Center , in Charlotte, NC . This role is essential in maintaining a clean and inviting booth while preparing and serving heated food samples to event attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
Heat and prepare food samples using provided appliances (e.g., ovens, warmers) Safely handle food according to sanitation and safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the booth throughout the event Restock samples and supplies as needed Dispose of waste and keep preparation areas tidy Greet and engage with attendees in a friendly, professional manner Assist with booth setup and breakdown before and after the event
Qualifications:
Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or event work preferred but not required Comfortable working in a fast-paced, public-facing environment Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and personal hygiene Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct
