• Job Summary:

• Duties:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, providing assistance with orders and answering questions about our menu.
• Operate a cash register, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met, adhering to our cafe's high standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service and minimize wait times.
• Provide support to other staff members as needed, including help with tasks and assisting with opening and closing duties.
• Maintain knowledge of our menu and make recommendations to customers when necessary.
• Operate Aloha POS systems with ease and accuracy.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment.

• Experience:

• Prior experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Experience with cash handling and retail math is necessary.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service is crucial.
• Experience with food safety and sanitation standards is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS systems is an advantage.
