Weekend Breakfast Host /

Attendant Hours:

Morning Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and brand goals. Performs a variety of duties, such as preparing hot and cold breakfast foods and drinks. Measure, log, and gauge temperatures on all food items, refrigerators and freezers. Cleans and maintains kitchen, equipment, utensils, service and eating areas. Order supplies, control inventory items, organize and keep records. Maintains brand standards and health requirements. Close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies for next day or shift. Perform all shift checklist responsibilities. Positive attitude and team player Ability to interact with guests in a professional and polite manor Ability to perform all tasks required by the hotel

General Manager Requirements:

Prior experience preferred but not required United States work authorization is required High school or higher education preferred No criminal background and no drug use Must be able to provide references Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must have reliable transportation. Perform other duties as required. This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication and appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
