Breakfast Attendant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.

Duties:

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
• Stock breakfast items such as food, beverages, and condiments
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area
• Greet guests warmly and assist with any inquiries or special requests
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Operate cash register for guest payments
• Follow food safety guidelines when handling and storing food
• Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished their meals
• Assist with dishwashing and cleaning kitchen utensils as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or replenishment needs

Skills:

• Previous experience in food preparation or guest services is preferred
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and operating a POS system
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette
